playing fields are normally built according to German building standard DIN 18035 part 4. Baader Konzept is responsible for carrying out pre-control inspections, suitability testing and control testing for the 1. FC Nuremberg to ensure that their playing fields fulfil the terms of the norm.

In addition, Baader Konzept carries out consultancy and inspection services for maintenance practices (fertilisation, irrigation, mowing, sanding, decompaction, slitting, scarifying, aeration, weed control), heating (sports surface floor construction, turf heating, floor heating)
